Ripper Instruction

Structural Features:

Robust Teeth: Typically equipped with multiple robust teeth made of hardened steel, capable of penetrating hard surfaces such as road surfaces, asphalt, or concrete, and resistant to wear and corrosion.

Adjustable Design: The teeth of the ripper are generally adjustable, allowing the operator to adjust the angle and depth of the teeth according to ground hardness and excavation depth requirements. Some models also allow for the addition or removal of teeth to alter the area of soil broken per operation.

Connection Device: Connected to the skid steer loader via a specific connection device, ensuring a secure connection that effectively transmits the loader's hydraulic power for efficient operation.

Functional Applications:

Breaking Hard Soil: Can break up hard, compacted soil in farmland, gardens, construction sites, etc., preparing the ground for planting or construction.

Removing obstacles: Can remove tree roots, stumps, rocks, and other ground obstacles, facilitating land leveling and subsequent work.  

Assisting in excavation: Before excavation work, use the Ripper to loosen hard soil, reducing excavation difficulty and improving efficiency. It is also suitable for working in narrow or hard-to-reach areas.
